Certificate Validation Guide

Step 1: Find the Learner Name on the Certificate

📌 Enter the Learner Name from the certificate in the form field "Learner Name" exactly as it appears on the certificate, without any modifications.

Step 2: Locate the Certificate Number

📌Each certificate has a unique Certificate Number that is required for validation. Enter the Certificate No. from the certificate you are trying to validate in the form field "Certificate No." exactly as it appears on the certificate.

Step 3: Click the "Check Certificate" Button

📌 After entering your Learner Name and Certificate Number, click the  button to proceed with the validation.

✅ If the certificate is successfully validated:
You will see a confirmation message:

❌ If the certificate cannot be validated:
You will see a red error message:

⚠ Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Double-check that the Learner Name and Certificate Number match exactly as they appear on the certificate.
